Job Description
The Banquet/Catering Sales Executive will be responsible for generating revenue through banquet events, corporate bookings, weddings, and social functions. The role involves client acquisition, event coordination, proposal preparation, and ensuring seamless execution in coordination with operations teams. We are specifically looking for candidates from a hospitality background with prior hotel experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate banquet and catering business through corporate and social leads.
- Handle inquiries, site visits, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate with kitchen, banquet, and operations teams for event execution.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain client relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Prepare event orders (BEOs) and ensure smooth event coordination.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
- 2–5 years experience in banquet or catering sales in hotel industry.
- Candidate must have hospitality background.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with good coordination abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on event schedules.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
