Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Career Consultant who can interact with job seekers, understand their career requirements, provide professional guidance, and recommend suitable career development services.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to build trust with candidates while achieving business conversion targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Counselling & Consultation
- Conduct one-on-one career counselling sessions with candidates.
- Understand candidates' career goals, challenges, experience, and job search requirements.
- Analyse gaps in resumes, LinkedIn profiles, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
- Recommend suitable career solutions based on candidate requirements.
- Guide candidates throughout their career improvement journey.
Sales & Business Conversion
- Explain Vrinda International's career services and value proposition to candidates.
- Convert qualified enquiries into paid career service customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow a consultative selling approach to create long-term candidate relationships.
Lead Management & Follow-ups
- Manage candidate enquiries generated through website, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and conversion status.
- Update candidate information in CRM systems.
Candidate Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with candidates through professional communication.
- Ensure candidates receive a positive service experience.
- Collect candidate feedback, testimonials, and referrals.
- Maintain long-term engagement with candidates.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with resume, LinkedIn, interview preparation, and recruitment teams.
- Ensure smooth delivery of career services.
- Track candidate progress and service completion.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0-1 years of experience in Career counselling
- Inside sales
- Recruitment consultancy
- Education counselling
- Customer relationship management
- Tele-sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in conducting face-to-face meetings with candidates.
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

- Understanding of recruitment processes.
- Basic knowledge of resumes, LinkedIn, and ATS concepts.

Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹10,000/month
Performance Incentives:
Earn incentives up to ₹20,000+ per month based on revenue generation and achievement of targets.
