Freelance 2D Game Artist & Animator (Slot Games)
We are looking for an experienced Freelance 2D Game Artist & Animator to create artwork and animations for an upcoming cluster-pay slot game with a dark gothic / horror theme. This is a remote, project-based opportunity with potential for future collaborations.

Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Working Hours: Flexible (Daily progress updates required)
Responsibilities
- Design slot game symbols, backgrounds, and UI elements
- Create symbol animations (Idle, Win, Destroy states)
- Build game environments, board frames, and feature/celebration screens
- Maintain a consistent art style across all assets
- Deliver organized, layered source files (PSD/AI) and game-ready exports
- Coordinate with the development team and implement feedback
- Share daily work updates and maintain regular communication
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in 2D game art or digital illustration
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator
- Experience with Spine 2D or similar 2D animation tools
- Ability to create polished, game-ready assets that read well at small sizes
- Good understanding of color, lighting, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with slot games, casino games, or mobile games
- UI design for game HUDs (Desktop + Mobile)
- Familiarity with horror/gothic or dark fantasy aesthetics
Budget
Project Budget: Up to ₹50,000 (based on the agreed scope)
Potential for long-term collaboration on future projects.
