Job Title: General Manager, Sales Support

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Healthcare Operations Solution Design leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the sales process by designing and optimizing business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions specifically to Healthcare Provider Managed Services to meet client needs. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of Healthcare RCM operations, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead RFPs, RFIs and opportunities in the healthcare managed services place along with the RFP support team
- Analyze client requirements and design customized solutions in Revenue cycle services to address their business needs.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and document requirements.
- Develop detailed pricing models for RCM solutions including per FTE, per transaction and % collection
- Work closely with the finance team to develop financial models and forecasts for proposed deals.
- Develop process maps and workflows to aid in the pricing and sales solution development
- Continuously evaluate and refine deal structures to improve profitability and client satisfaction.
- Create and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of the proposed solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate potential solutions.
- Prepare detailed project plans and timelines for the implementation of RCM solutions.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role in creating healthcare solutions
- Strong understanding of BPO operations and best practices.
