Job Title: Shadow Teacher (Grade 3 Student)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Based on Requirement)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated, patient, and compassionate Shadow Teacher to provide one-on-one academic and classroom support to a Grade 3 student. The ideal candidate will work closely with the student during school hours to help improve learning, attention, classroom participation, and overall academic performance while encouraging independence and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one academic support to a the student during school hours.
- Assist the student in understanding classroom lessons, assignments, and homework.
- Help the student stay focused, organized, and engaged during classroom activities.
- Support the student's learning pace by adapting teaching methods as needed.
- Encourage positive behavior, confidence, and independence.
- Coordinate with class teachers, parents, and school staff regarding the student's progress.
- Maintain daily progress reports and provide regular feedback to parents.
- Assist the student in developing social, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Prior experience working as a Shadow Teacher, Special Educator, or Primary School Teacher is preferred.
- Experience working with children with learning difficulties, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), or other developmental needs is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, empathetic, responsible, and enthusiastic about working with children.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and parents.
Preferred Skills:
- Good understanding of primary school curriculum (Grade 3).
- Classroom management and behavior support skills.
- Creative teaching and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining reports and communication.
Working Hours:
- School hours (Monday to Friday)
- Additional support after school, if required.

Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
