Role Overview: We are seeking a technically proficient Sales Executive to drive growth for Niral Automation through strategic B2B sales. In this role, you will manage a dual portfolio: selling high-performance industrial motion control hardware and high-end engineering services—including PLC, LabVIEW, Python, and C# integration—for custom manufacturing machines.
Key Responsibilities
- Motion & Hardware Promotion: Drive B2B sales of Stepper/Servo motors, drives, controllers, and PLCs to OEMs and machine builders to secure high-volume repeat business.
- Technical Coordination: Partner with channel providers for product demos and trials while managing pricing strategy and commercial negotiations.
- Application Identification: Act as a technical consultant to identify motion-specific needs (e.g., indexing, torque control) and provide tailored hardware solutions.
- Integrated Solution Selling: Pitch high-value engineering services, including PLC programming, machine retrofits, and software-integrated solutions (LabVIEW/Python) for Special Purpose Machines (SPMs).
- Technical Scoping: Collaborate with Plant Heads and our internal engineering team to define project scopes and deliver accurate, competitive quotations.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust B2B sales funnel through regular site visits and territory expansion to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Qualifications
- Education: B.E./B.Tech (Electronics/Electrical)
- Experience: fresher can also apply
- Skills: Knowledge of motion control and PLC logic; fluent in English, Tamil.
- Mobility: Must have a personal vehicle for daily travel to industrial zones.
