1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Blue color requirements.
- Facilitate thorough onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring all new hires understand safety protocols and company policies.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, mediating conflicts and ensuring fair, timely resolution.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs to boost morale and reduce turnover.
- Administer disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans in a fair, documented manner.
3. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure strict adherence to local and national labor laws (e.g., Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, and ESI/PF regulations).
- Maintain accurate, confidential records of all employee attendance, leaves, and incident reports.
4. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Process monthly payroll for the facility, tracking shift differentials, overtime, and attendance data.
- Manage employee benefits enrollment, leaves of absence, and worker’s compensation claims. [
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (e.g., MSW).
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing, plant, or industrial setting.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliances, and payroll processing.
- Skills: Excellent conflict resolution, strong communication skills, and proficiency with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)
