Job Summary
Medleiz is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee service delivery and ensure project success. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact between customers, service providers, and the company, ensuring work quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence to timelines. This role demands strong technical expertise, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities to manage field operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Inspection and Assessment:
- Conduct on-site visits to assess customer issues.
- Document the scope of work and identify any additional service needs.
- Capture photos and prepare a comprehensive report of findings.
- BOQ Preparation:
- Create a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for all identified tasks.
- Provide accurate cost estimates, material requirements, and timelines.
- Explain BOQ details to customers and address any queries.
- Service Provider Coordination:
- Assign appropriate service providers for the approved tasks.
- Ensure the service provider understands the scope of work and timelines.
- Monitor and assist service providers during work execution.
- Work Monitoring and Quality Assurance:
- Supervise ongoing work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Upload progress updates and photos to the app for customer review.
- Address on-site challenges and resolve issues promptly.
- Customer Interaction:
- Communicate with customers during inspections, updates, and feedback collection.
- Ensure customer queries and concerns are addressed effectively.
- Provide status updates through the Medleiz app or direct communication.(In Future).
- In offline update the status to GM.
- Post-Completion Activities:
- Verify the quality and completion of the work.
- Upload final photos and generate completion reports.
- Collect customer feedback and address any complaints if necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in site engineering, project supervision, or a similar role.
- Experience in home repair, renovation, or maintenance projects is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
- Proficiency in BOQ preparation and project management tools.
- Familiarity with apps or software used for project tracking and reporting.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel for site visits.
- Valid driver’s license and access to personal transportation.

- Timeliness of site inspections and BOQ preparation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
