Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Hospital Operations: To lead and supervise in planning, organizing, and directing the overall operations of the hospital to ensure smooth functioning and optimal resource utilization.
2. Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with department heads, including nursing, clinical services, facilities management, and support services, to coordinate activities, resolve operational issues, and promote interdisciplinary teamwork.
3. Patient Flow Management: Oversee patient flow processes, bed management, and patient admissions, transfers, and discharges to optimize capacity, minimize wait times, and enhance the patient experience.
4. Emergency Response and Crisis Management: Assist in developing and implementing emergency response plans, disaster preparedness protocols, and crisis management procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of patients, staff, and visitors during critical situations.
5. Staff Development and Training: Support the training and development initiatives for hospital staff, including orientation programs, continuing education, and skill enhancement workshops, to promote professional growth, competence, and teamwork.
6. Customer Service Excellence: Foster a culture of patient-centered care, empathy, and compassion among staff members by promoting service excellence, addressing patient feedback, and resolving service-related issues in a timely and responsive manner.
7. Marketing and Business Development: Identify opportunities and implement business development activities required to create awareness in the region for the growth of the organisation.
Education Qualifications:
BSc/MSc/BAMS/MBBS with MHA
Experience:
6 to 9 years of relevant experience in a reputed hospital or clinical setup.
