JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB PURPOSE:
To manage and deliver Level2 Capabilities of the Digital applications.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Ensuring uptime of the Digital Sourcing Applications.
· Effectively manage the L2 Bucket of the Digital application, which involves query handling, Issue resolution, root cause analysis, fixes to the issues and ensuring permanent fixtures to the repeated issues.
· Ensure timely closures of requests, providing faster workarounds and handling users diligently.
· Knowledge Base creation and communicate to the appropriate stake holders.
· Effectively manage escalations and provide support to the team wherever required.
· Support all business activities critical to respective application

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Computer science
Functional Skills
Hands on experience in Sales force, Mobile Apps, GCP,Python, Dot NET, Oracle, MQSQL, JSON, API, Dynatrace, AppDynamics
Good interpretation skill
Good communication skills, verbal and written
Team Player
Relevant and total years of Experience
2- 4 Years in Financial Application
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
