Telecaller – Home LoansAbout the Role
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our Home Loans team. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with prospective home buyers, understand their requirements, and schedule consultation calls with our Home Loan Advisors.
This is a customer-facing role that requires good communication skills, confidence on calls, and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Call leads from our existing database of home buyers and property purchasers.
- Understand the customer's stage in their home-buying journey.
- Introduce our home loan consultation service in a clear and professional manner.
- Schedule consultation calls between interested customers and our Home Loan Advisors.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Follow up with interested customers who may not be ready to connect immediately.
- Update lead status in CRM or tracking sheets.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or inside sales.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
- Basic knowledge of home loans, banking, real estate, or financial products is a plus.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and follow-ups.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently connecting with leads from our database.
- Generating qualified consultation appointments for the Home Loan Advisors.
- Maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the initial interaction.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
