About the Role:
The Senior Executive – Office Administration will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning, safety, compliance, and operational efficiency of Bhanzu’s office facilities. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage facility operations, workplace experience, vendor coordination, compliance, and infrastructure support in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility operations including housekeeping, security, front office, cafeteria, utilities, and workplace readiness.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities and ensure timely issue resolution within SLAs.
- Handle seating allocation, workspace planning, office setups, expansions, and relocations.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, health, statutory, and building regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors, building management teams, and service providers to maintain operational excellence.
- Support employee onboarding/offboarding activities including access management, seating, travel, accommodation, and logistics.
- Provide operational support for employee engagement activities, training sessions, townhalls, and events.
- Maintain facility MIS reports, compliance trackers, SOPs, audit documentation, and operational dashboards.
- Drive continuous improvement and workplace efficiency initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of facility operations, building systems, and workplace administration.
- Excellent vendor management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and AI productivity tools.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business Administration or Diploma in Facilities Management.
- 4+ years of experience in office administration or facilities management, preferably in startup environments.
- Familiarity with compliance processes, statutory documentation, and government liaison activities is preferred.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is mandatory.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
