About the Role
Ishmat Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR executive to lead Talent Acquisition and HR Operations for our growing Fashion & Textile business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across textile, garment, retail, and corporate functions.
- Hire technical professionals such as Merchandisers, Fashion Designers, Pattern Masters, Production Managers, Quality Controllers, and Garment Technologists.
- Handle onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
- Build strong hiring pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and industry networks.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the Textile, Apparel, Fashion, or Garment Manufacturing industry.
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
- Good knowledge of labour laws, recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
