Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Executive – Leads & Counseling
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Quality Control Executive responsible for managing and qualifying incoming leads. The role involves making the first level of contact with leads, assigning them to counselors, monitoring counseling quality, and ensuring proper follow-ups for better conversion outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Make the first call to all incoming leads to verify interest, requirement, and eligibility
Qualify and categorize leads based on program interest, profile, and readiness
Assign qualified leads to counselors based on predefined criteria
Monitor and audit counselor calls to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper guidance
Conduct regular cross-checks of counseling interactions to maintain standards
Track and ensure timely follow-ups by counselors on assigned leads
Intervene where required to improve communication or conversion chances
Maintain detailed records of lead status, call feedback, and QC observations
Provide feedback and coaching inputs to counselors for performance improvement
Ensure accurate explanation of credit transfer policies and online programs
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Knowledge of credit transfer processes and online/remote learning programs
Prior experience in student counseling, admissions, or lead handling
Preferred Skills:
Strong communication and call-handling skills
Ability to assess lead quality and intent quickly
Good listening and auditing skills
Strong follow-up and coordination ability
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools
Detail-oriented with a quality-focused approach
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in counseling, admissions, or QC/lead management roles
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Lead qualification accuracy
Speed and quality of lead allocation
Counselor call quality scores
Follow-up completion rate
Lead-to-conversion improvement
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
