1) Position Name: Admission & Franchise Support
Location: Ahmedabad, Surat
Experience Required: 3-5 years
Job Description:
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting scheduled visits to franchise centers for guiding and supporting center heads & business partners.
Helping the Business Partners in setting & increase the admission and enrollment footfalls in the center by suggesting and implementing different marketing activities.
Helping the Business Partners to conver the admission inquiry as confirmed admission.
Ensuring adherence to Shanti Juniors’ framework, processes, and best practices.
Providing feedback, training, and on-ground support to enhance the overall learning experience at each franchise center, business partners, center head’s and counselors.
Required Skills: Should posses excellent communication skills. Should have preschool working experience. Ready to travel in the assigned territory
Qualification: Any Graduate or Masters in the Field of Marketing
Candidate Preference (Male/Female): Male or Female
