Responsible for Domestic/ International flight Ticketing and Reservation

Responsible for ticketing/travel/visa arrangements for the client
Responsible for complete travel operations & to handle the ticketing, preparing itinerary, customer queries -
Should ensure smooth and quick response to customer’ s request

Further develop multi-tier relationships to organically grow the clients’ accounts

Regular interactions with key clients
-
Will develop and maintain effective prospective client and existing client relationships

Maximize revenues from the existing customer base and developing ongoing account plans
-
Respond to and follow up enquiries using appropriate methods
Job Description :
The work will cover areas such as handling the Corporates customers, Understanding their needs, providing solutions accordingly which includes but not limited to Air Ticketing/reservation etc.

Must be a operational proficient with 3+ yrs of Experience in International or Domestic Ticketing

Good level of computer literacy__ including proficiency in MS Office applications and E-mail drafting

CSR Amadeus & Galileo
-
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships corporate customers
-
Experience in AIR Fare Loading or in any other travel process will be preferred
-
Preferably worked on Airfares. Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount
-
Sound knowledge of international /Domestic Ticketing and fare calculation

Good observation and analyzing skills

Ability take ownership for Customer needs

Ability to meet the expectations of the customers

Ability to achieve the sales target within the given timelines

Ability to work under pressure

Good Presentation skills
