We are seeking a hands-on AEM Developer to drive end-to-end development of websites, enhancements, and performance optimization. The role will involve building new website features, developing reusable components, managing integrations, and improving customer-facing metrics such as Core Web Vitals and search performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new pages, components, templates, and workflows in AEM.
- Build reusable, scalable, and modular front-end components.
- Ensure responsive design across devices (desktop, tablet, and mobile).
- Maintain and enhance existing website features with clean, maintainable code.
- Develop using HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, OSGi, and JCR.
- Configure AEM Dispatcher and caching rules.
- Manage content structure and DAM assets.
- Optimize the website for Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP).
- Improve Google Search Console metrics (indexing, crawl issues, mobile usability).

Enhance technical SEO (metadata, schema markup, structured data).
- Reduce page load time and improve overall site performance.
- Work with analytics teams to improve engagement and conversion metrics.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in AEM (6.x or AEM as a Cloud Service).
- Proficiency in: Java HTL (Sightly) Sling Models OSGi JCR Experience in building high-traffic, SEO-optimized websites.
- Understanding of CDN, caching, and dispatcher configurations.
- Experience working with Core Web Vitals and performance debugging tools.
