In the role of Trainee Associate, you will be an integral part of a team driving the success of a client’s business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with global clients on the internet through email, chat and phone
Understand client’s requirement and deliver the output in desired time, with expected quality of work
Share desired reports with clients, team lead and manager
Collect timely performance feedback from the client
Promptly acts and close every escalated concern
Analyze data and respond accordingly to achieve desired goals

Essential qualifications and skills

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized institute/university with good academic track record
Master degree holders may also be considered but without any extra weightage
Good verbal and written communication skills
Computer skills such as MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Internet and Email writing skills
