Job Summary:
Good Career Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions and improve operational performance. Freshers with strong analytical skills and relevant technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Interpret data trends and provide actionable business insights.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
- Present findings and recommendations to management.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts).
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Python is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
