We build precision equipment that solves complex surface treatment challenges for top-tier industrial clients. Our brand is built on reliability, and that reliability is guaranteed by our Quality Control department.
The Role We are seeking a meticulous, observant Quality Control Engineer to be the crucial first line of defense on our manufacturing floor. Working closely with our Quality Control Lead, you will ensure that every component entering our factory and every machine leaving it meets our uncompromising standards. You will spend the majority of your time on the shop floor, armed with measuring instruments and engineering drawings, actively verifying dimensions, material grades, and fabrication quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Inward Material Inspection (The First Gate): Strictly inspect all incoming raw materials (sheet metal, pipes) and bought-out components (pumps, valves, sensors). Verify Material Test Certificates (MTC) and reject any sub-standard deliveries before they enter inventory.
- In-Process Fabrication Checks: Conduct regular patrols of the fabrication and assembly floor. Verify dimensional accuracy against 2D AutoCAD/SolidWorks drawings. Inspect TIG/MIG welding joints for penetration, aesthetics, and absence of defects (pinholes, porosity).
- Final PDI (Pre-Dispatch Inspection): Assist in conducting rigorous final testing of the assembled machines. Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and aesthetic parameters are perfectly aligned with the client's order before packing.
- Meticulous Documentation: Maintain updated, accurate daily QC registers. Log all rejections, rework requirements, and vendor quality issues to create a clear feedback loop for the management and purchase teams.
What We Are Looking For
