Position: Quality ManagerJob Summary
Regal Kitchen Food Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions for our Ready-to-Eat food manufacturing operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of food safety standards, audits, compliance, and implementation of quality systems within the food manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) across the plant.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards such as:
- FSSAI
- HACCP
- ISO 22000
- GMP
- GHP
- SOP implementation
- Handle internal and external audits effectively.
- Prepare the plant for customer audits, regulatory audits, and certification audits.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and process monitoring.
- Monitor raw material quality, in-process checks, and finished goods quality.
- Implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) for non-conformities.
- Maintain quality documentation, reports, and audit records.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to improve food safety and product quality.
- Train employees on hygiene, food safety, and quality procedures.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and hygiene standards in the production area.
- Manage vendor quality evaluation and supplier audits.
- Handle customer complaints and conduct root cause analysis.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to food manufacturing.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in:
- Food Technology
- Microbiology
- Food Science
- Quality Management
- Related field
- Relevant certifications in HACCP/ISO/Food Safety will be preferred.
Experience Required
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in the food manufacturing or Ready-to-Eat food industry.
Salary
- Negotiable as per experience and current CTC.
