Job Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites
- Monitor labour work, subcontractors, and site productivity
- Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and project management team
- Maintain daily site progress reports and material records
- Check measurements and assist in billing-related documentation
- Ensure safety practices and proper housekeeping at site
- Monitor material usage and avoid wastage
- Assist in planning manpower and site resources efficiently
- Report project progress, delays, and site issues to senior management
Requirements
- Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Civil Engineering or relevant field
- Experience in construction/site supervision preferred
- Knowledge of civil construction methods and site practices
- Ability to read drawings and manage site activities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and site documentation
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel if required
