Job Summary
The Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service workshop, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining service quality standards, supervising technicians, handling walk-in customer complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesWorkshop Operations
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the service workshop.
- Allocate repair and maintenance jobs to technicians based on skill and workload.
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion and delivery of vehicles.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer guidelines, and safety standards.
- Maintain workshop cleanliness, discipline, and operational efficiency.
Customer Complaint Handling
- Attend to and resolve walk-in customer complaints related to vehicle service and repairs.
- Listen to customer concerns, inspect vehicles when required, and identify service-related issues.
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow up on unresolved complaints and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of customer complaints, corrective actions, and resolutions.
- Work proactively to reduce repeat complaints and improve service quality
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
