Job Description:
- Deliver classroom and hands-on training on BIM tools such as Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP), Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
- Develop and update training materials, course content, exercises, and real-time project case studies.
- Train students/professionals on BIM standards, workflows, LOD, clash detection, coordination, and documentation.
- Assess trainees through assignments, tests, and practical evaluations; provide constructive feedback.
- Support learners with project guidance, doubt-clearing sessions, and mentoring.
- Stay updated with latest BIM trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with academic/technical teams to align training with industry and client requirements.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Revit Architecture / Structure / MEP and BIM workflows.
- Hands-on project experience in BIM coordination and clash detection.
- Excellent training, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience in handling corporate training / academic training / professional batches.
- Ability to customize training programs based on audience level.
- Certification in BIM/Revit (preferred).
