QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimates and cost calculations for civil construction projects.
- Review drawings, specifications and contract documents to identify project requirements.
- Prepare rate analysis and assist in cost estimation and budgeting.
- Monitor project quantities, measurements and material consumption.
- Prepare and verify contractor/subcontractor bills and work measurements.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Purchase and Accounts teams.
- Maintain proper records of measurements, bills, BOQ and project cost reports.
- Assist in preparing monthly cost and progress reports.
- Support tendering, quotation comparison and commercial evaluation.
- Ensure project costs are monitored within the approved budget.
Candidate Requirements :
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the civil/construction industry.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis and billing.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings and specifications.
- Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work at construction project sites in Bengaluru.
