Role & responsibilities
- Prepare detailed civil and structural drawings for residential projects.
- Develop floor plans, sections, elevations, RCC detailing, and layout drawings.
- Prepare working drawings as per project specifications and design requirements.
- Modify and revise drawings based on engineer/architect/site feedback.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and site engineers.
- Ensure drawings comply with local building regulations and construction standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and revision records of all drawings.
- Prepare as-built drawings and BOQ-related drafting support when required.
- Conduct site visits for verification and clarification of drawings if necessary.
Support project teams in timely completion of drawing deliverables. Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Knowledge of residential construction drawings and RCC detailing.
- Basic knowledge of Revit/ SketchUp is an added advantage.
- Understanding of building codes, standards, and drafting practices.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Layouts & FMB Drafting.
CMDA Approval Drawings.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
