Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Vertical Head – Used Car Loan to establish and lead the Used Car Loan business. The candidate will be responsible for business development, team management, dealer relationship management, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Used Car Loan vertical and achieve assigned business targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with automobile dealers, Banks, NBFCs, and channel partners.
- Recruit, train, and manage Loan Associates and Telecallers.
- Monitor daily lead generation and customer follow-ups.
- Ensure timely collection and verification of customer documents.
- Coordinate with lending partners for loan approvals and disbursement.
- Review daily sales reports and team performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer network.
- Ensure compliance with company and lender guidelines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- MBA preferred.
Experience
- 1-2years of experience in Used Car Loan Sales or Financial Services.
- Experience in team handling is preferred.
