We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Telecaller Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our products and services, generate leads, and resolve customer queries.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can comfortably navigate a fast-paced environment, handle objections gracefully, and close sales effectively while maintaining a positive representation of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Initiate contact with potential customers using a provided database to introduce products, services, or promotional offers.
- Inbound Handling: Answer incoming calls from existing or prospective clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests promptly.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel and setting up appointments for the senior sales team if required.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and suggesting appropriate solutions.
- Database Management: Accurately record and update customer details, call summaries, and feedback in the CRM system after every interaction.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and successful conversions.
- Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and relay it to internal teams to help improve product offerings and service quality.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field is a plus).
- Experience: [e.g., 0–3 years] of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and [Local Language, e.g., Hindi/Gujarati], with clear pronunciation and a professional telephone manner.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
