Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes across continental cuisines.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards are maintained.
- Supervise commis and kitchen helpers.
- Assist in menu planning and food cost control.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow kitchen safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CDP Chef in multi-cuisine kitchens.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with leadership qualities.
