Job Overview
Chawla Enterprises (Markschamp Unit) is looking for an experienced HR & Operations Executive to manage recruitment activities and support daily operational coordination. The primary responsibility will be hiring sales professionals while ensuring smooth communication and operational support across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other hiring channels.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Manage candidate follow-ups and the complete hiring process.
- Handle onboarding and employee documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and operational records.
- Support day-to-day HR and operational activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Sales Hiring/Recruitment experience is required.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong sourcing, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring strategies.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
