Job Description:
ITechEdge is looking for an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Indian IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the domestic recruitment process and be comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end Domestic IT recruitment for various technical positions.
Understand job requirements and source suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
Search, identify, and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, and client requirements.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions to assess skills, experience, and suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring teams.
Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure quick turnaround time and meet recruitment targets and requirements within deadlines.
Maintain and update candidate information in ATS, trackers, or internal recruitment databases.
Work closely with the recruitment and delivery teams to understand open positions and hiring requirements.
Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and prioritize candidates based on urgency.
Negotiate salary expectations and support candidates through the offer and joining process.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Ensure proper follow-up until candidate onboarding/closure.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
Good understanding of the Indian IT recruitment process.
Experience sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Basic understanding of technical roles and IT skills.
Good resume screening and candidate evaluation skills.
Good communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.
Ability to work independently in a remote/WFH environment.
Candidates must be currently residing in Tamil Nadu.
Preferred Skills
Experience handling multiple IT requirements simultaneously.
Familiarity with ATS, Excel/Google Sheets, and recruitment trackers.
Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills.
Good follow-up and closure skills.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
