We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to join our dynamic team in the Healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a customer-centric approach. You will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, promoting our products, and driving sales through telephone interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell healthcare products.
- Explain product details, benefits, and features to customers effectively.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about the products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Follow up on customer leads and ensure timely closure of sales.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales goals.
- Keep a detailed record of all customer interactions, feedback, and sales outcomes.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to enhance outreach strategies.
- Stay updated on new product launches and industry trends.
