- Outbound/Inbound Calling: Initiating calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and handling incoming calls to address inquiries.
- Sales & Lead Generation: Converting prospects into customers by explaining product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Customer Support: Resolving customer complaints, providing solutions, and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Data Management: Accurately documenting call details, customer information, and interaction outcomes in the CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas and call volume metrics.
- Relationship Management: Following up with existing customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
