We are looking for a skilled 2D Draftsman / woman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in interior drafting, carpentry section drawings, and cutting list preparation. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in AutoCAD (2D) to create precise technical drawings for residential and apartment interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed 2D interior drawings, including carpentry section drawings, as per design specifications.
- Prepare accurate cutting lists for furniture, cabinetry, and other interior elements.
- Interpret and draft basic electrical and plumbing CAD drawings for residential and apartment interiors.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Optimize material usage through efficient cutting list preparation.
- Maintain and organize technical drawings and project documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D Professional) for interior drafting.
- Understanding of carpentry section drawings and joinery detailing.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing layouts in CAD for residential projects.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
Prior experience in interior fit-out companies or furniture manufacturing is a plus.
