Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations, product listings, order processing, and customer support. The candidate should have basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and good communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
- Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and stock updates.
- Process daily online orders and coordinate dispatch activities.
- Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth deliveries.
- Monitor marketplace performance and sales reports.
- Maintain records of inventory and online sales data.
- Ensure timely updates of offers, discounts, and promotions.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and online portals is preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
