Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong React Native expertise to own mobile features across iOS and Android applications.
This is a hands-on mobile engineering role covering React Native, Expo, Kotlin, Swift, native modules, third-party SDK integrations, payments, deep linking, offline experiences, performance, and production releases.
You will work across the JavaScript and native layers, take ownership of the release process, and help raise the overall engineering quality of the mobile platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own features across iOS and Android using React Native and Expo.
- Work directly with Kotlin and Swift whenever native platform capabilities require it.
- Develop custom native modules and bridge third-party SDKs for:
- Payments
- Notifications
- Media
- Analytics
- Advertising
- Keep the React Native/TypeScript layer clean, maintainable, and testable.
- Own mobile performance across cold start, list scrolling, memory usage, bundle size, and crash-free sessions.
- Optimize experiences for both low-end devices and flagship devices.
- Implement and maintain in-app payment and subscription flows across Google Play and Apple platforms.
- Ensure payment implementations remain compliant with evolving store policies.
- Implement reliable deep linking so links from WhatsApp, Google, email, and the web open the correct in-app destination.
- Build resilient experiences for unreliable networks, including:
- Offline reading
- Resumable downloads
- Optimistic UI
- Clear failure states
- Deliver accessible, platform-appropriate UI that follows the design system and correctly supports Devanagari.
- Own the mobile release process, including signing, staged rollouts, over-the-air updates, crash triage, and rollback decisions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design proposals.
- Help improve engineering standards, practices, and code quality across the team.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of experience building mobile applications.
- At least 3 years of hands-on React Native experience in production.
- Strong experience with React Native and Expo.
- Production experience writing and shipping native code in both Kotlin and Swift.
- Experience building custom native modules or integrating third-party native SDKs into React Native.
- Familiarity with the React Native New Architecture, including TurboModules / JSI, or experience with the classic bridge.
- Experience working on applications operating at meaningful production scale.
- Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience implementing Google Play Billing and Apple StoreKit / In-App Purchases.
- Strong TypeScript skills, including strict typing and maintainable type-safe code.
- Experience owning a production mobile release process, including:
- App signing
- Staged rollouts
- Crash monitoring and triage
- Rollbacks
- Strong problem-solving and production troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to join within 0–15 days.

You will be a strong fit if you are comfortable moving beyond JavaScript when necessary and can independently troubleshoot issues across the React Native, iOS, and Android layers.
You should have experience taking mobile features from implementation through production release and be comfortable owning both technical execution and production reliability.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
