Operates AOI equipment to inspect PCBs post-reflow for component and solder quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load AOI programs and verify correct board orientation.
- Inspect components for placement, polarity, solder joint integrity.
- Analyze AOI defects: missing components, tombstoning, shorts, opens, polarity issues.
- Segregate OK and NG boards and maintain traceability.
- Perform first-article validation before bulk inspection.
- Edit and optimize AOI inspection parameters when required.
- Clean and maintain AOI machine cameras and lighting modules.
- Prepare daily inspection and rejection reports.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong visual inspection ability.
- Knowledge of SMT components and solder defects.
- Proficiency in AOI software interfaces (CyberOptics, Koh Young, Mirtec, Omron, etc.). Koh Young in our case.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
