We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated graduates to join our team as Field Executives in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fieldwork, engaging with schools and community stakeholders, and supporting effective on-ground implementation of projects. The selected candidate should be proactive, reliable, and comfortable traveling within Guwahati and nearby areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits and collect accurate data and field-level information.
- Coordinate with schools, local authorities, and partner stakeholders.
- Support the smooth implementation of project activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain field records, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to supervisors.
- Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and field events.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with community members and institutions.
- Adhere to project guidelines and maintain professionalism during all engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Willingness to travel in and around Dehradun and sometimes if required to the other parts of Uttarakhand.
- Must own a laptop and have a stable internet connection.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler for local travel.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Familiarity with the local geography of Guwahati, Assam.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
