Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT/Non-IT Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements, technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Ceipal/Job Diva or similar).
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with the HR and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market demands.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Human Resources preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, and other sourcing platforms.
- Experience with ATS tools like Ceipal, Job Diva, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
