We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Project Manager to join our growing remote team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation through successful completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, resource plans, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project scope, budget, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Track project deliverables and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, action items, and status reports.
- Ensure high-quality project delivery while meeting client expectations.
- Drive continuous process improvements and promote project management best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3–6+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- Experience managing software implementation, cloud, ERP, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working during US business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
- Experience working with ERP platforms (Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) or Cloud technologies.
- Experience working with international clients is an advantage.
