- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
- Manage job postings on portals and social media
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
- Handle onboarding and documentation process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
- 5–6 years of proven experience in recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
- Experience in NGO sector is an added advantange
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
