We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting marketing activities, generating leads, promoting projects through online and offline channels, and assisting in brand-building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
- Generate leads through digital marketing, social media platforms, events, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely lead follow-up and conversion.
- Manage social media pages and create engaging content to increase brand visibility.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support the organization of property exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, designers, and vendors for marketing materials.
- Track and maintain marketing campaign performance reports.
- Handle customer inquiries received through marketing channels and direct them to the sales team.
- Assist in creating brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Good presentation and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of real estate marketing practices.
- Experience in lead generation and customer engagement.
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Canva will be an added advantage.
