Position: MSW Coordinator
Location: Symbiosis, Pune
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Master of Social Work (MSW)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute community outreach, social development, and welfare initiatives.
- Plan and organize training programs, workshops, awareness campaigns, and community engagement activities.
- Liaise with NGOs, government agencies, CSR partners, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare project proposals, reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Conduct field visits, surveys, and impact assessments.
- Maintain project records, budgets, and compliance documentation.
- Support fundraising, CSR initiatives, and institutional collaborations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of programs.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Excellent report writing and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in NGOs, educational institutions, CSR projects, or social development organizations.
- Passion for community development, women's empowerment, education, health, or livelihood initiatives.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
