ROLE
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business onboarding, new customers and users.
We require an individual with proven business skills in the FMCG industry, used to working on goals and eager to grow professionally and financially.
The candidate should be comfortable with working under pressure and must be a quick learner. This is not a desk based job and requires outdoor sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivering sales targets for your city/ category in the given timeframe.
Delivering processes as per timeline.
Communication of company policy and vision to prospective buyers.
Developing and managing deep trade relations with the market Achieve sales targets through in-person market visits.
Engage customers and work with business owners to help them grow along with the platform.
Manage buyer communication and intervene to resolve disputes as and when required.
Work closely with our cross-functional operations teams to streamline the process and assist in intelligently scaling a vibrant business
DESIRED
0 Year to 3 years + experience in FMCG sales
Knowledge or experience or internet / mobile advertising is an added advantage.
Strong analytical skills.
Good communication skills.
Quick learner, Must be comfortable with a fast-paced startup environment. Attention to detail.
Exceptional client relationship management and communication skills.
