Role Overview:
Responsible for managing sourcing logistics and sales logistics for the Textile Recovery Facility (TRF), ensuring
smooth material flow from vendors to the plant and from the plant to customers. The role requires strong
coordination across procurement, operations, transport, and sales teams to ensure timely and efficient
movement of materials.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing Logistics (Inbound)
- Coordinate procurement and sourcing of textile waste from vendors/suppliers
- Manage inbound logistics to ensure timely material delivery to the facility
- Track dispatch schedules and ensure documentation accuracy
- Liaise with transporters and vendors for smooth supply flow
Sales Logistics (Outbound)
- Manage dispatch of processed materials to customers
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for order fulfilment
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods
- Maintain dispatch records and logistics documentation
Inventory & Coordination
- Track movement of raw materials and finished goods
- Ensure accurate stock updates in coordination with operations team
- Support inventory planning and availability checks
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain Excel-based tracking of logistics and stock movement
- Support MIS reporting for inbound and outbound operations
- Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of all logistics transactions
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations
- Experience in manufacturing, textile, or recycling industry preferred
- Strong coordination and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Hands-on, execution-focused mindset in an operational environment
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
