We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, build strong relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting retention and growth of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communication via calls, emails, and chat
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, operations) for issue resolution
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling where applicable
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with clients
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
