About the Role
Vijaybhoomi University is looking for a School Connect & Outreach Assistant Manager or Manager to build meaningful relationships with schools, counsellors, educators and student communities. The role goes beyond organizing visits and events—it involves helping young learners discover educational pathways aligned with their aspirations, strengths and potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with school principals, counsellors, teachers and student communities.
- Plan and execute school presentations, workshops, career guidance sessions and outreach events.
- Represent the university at school fairs, education exhibitions and partner engagements.
- Identify and cultivate high-potential student pipelines across assigned territories.
- Collaborate with admissions, marketing and academic teams to design impactful engagement initiatives.
- Maintain outreach databases, engagement records and conversion reports.
- Track market trends, student aspirations and emerging educational preferences.

Ideal Candidate
- 4–7 years of experience in school outreach, educational partnerships, admissions, counselling, student recruitment or related fields.
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable travelling extensively and building long-term institutional relationships.
- Ability to engage meaningfully with students, parents and educators.
- High degree of empathy, curiosity and professional maturity
