The role will work closely with Human Resources teams & execute and support matters. You will act as a trusted advisor to Business and related HR Teams on Performance management, Talent review, Remuneration review, HR reporting, WPR matters & related policies, Risk & Governance, Well-being framework & other cross-functional projects. 8–10 years of HR Business Partnering experience managing the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle for a defined business function.
Strong working knowledge of HR policies, best practices, and employment law frameworks, with ability to apply them consistently.
Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience using HR data and metrics to support decisions.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, enabling accurate reporting and insight generation.
Experience working with HR case management systems and handling employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit.
Hands‑on experience in performance management, including advising on performance improvement policies and executing PIPs.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with ability to communicate effectively with managers and senior leaders.
Effective facilitation, presentation, and storyboarding skills for people reviews and process discussions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong written, verbal, and active listening skills, with the ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
Execute and administer core HR processes including reward and recognition activities, performance management cycles, talent reviews, attrition and retention actions, pulse surveys, employee experience initiatives, promotions, progressions, and internal movements.
Prepare, analyse, and share HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to support routine talent and people decision‑making.
Support People Managers with standard career and development discussions, providing guidance based on defined frameworks and policies.
Coordinate with CBA India HR and Global HR teams to implement agreed global processes, guidelines, and best practices locally.
Organise and support employee engagement initiatives, including distribution of surveys, tracking responses, and consolidating action plans.
Provide administrative and operational support to HR Business Partners and business leaders during operating model or structural changes, including drafting employee documentation and ensuring process compliance.
Generate and share data insights, reports, and summaries to support HR Business Partners and leaders during people lifecycle activities.
Respond to employee and manager queries on HR policies, procedures, and people processes, handling routine and moderately complex cases and escalating when required.
Identify process gaps, recurring issues, and inefficiencies, and support continuous improvement initiatives within HR ways of working.
Provide guidance to managers on policy application related to diversity, safety, health, and wellbeing, ensuring adherence to standard procedures.
