We’re Hiring: Power BI Manager | Zyvora Innovations
Zyvora Innovations is looking for a highly experienced Power BI Manager to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-scale BI solutions.
This is a strategic leadership role focused on data architecture, Azure BI integration, and delivering scalable, high-performance reporting systems.
Location: Chennai
Timing: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Contract: 6+ months (Extendable)
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement enterprise Power BI solutions aligned with business goals
- Lead data modelling, semantic layer design, and advanced DAX optimization
- Establish and enforce Power BI governance, security, and lifecycle management
- Integrate BI solutions with Azure ecosystem (Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake, Azure SQL, Purview)
- Contribute to enterprise data strategy, including data quality and modelling standards
- Mentor and enable BI teams with best practices in visualization and performance optimization
- Drive performance tuning and scalability for large datasets and enterprise usage
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define KPIs and strategic BI initiatives
Requirements
- 15+ years of overall IT experience
- 8+ years of experience as a Power BI Architect
- Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Dataflows, Composite Models)
- Experience with Azure BI stack (Synapse, Data Factory, Azure SQL, Purview)
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data modelling (Star Schema, Snowflake, Normalization)
- Experience in Power BI governance and security best practices
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications in Power BI / Data Engineering
- Exposure to Power Platform, Python, or R
- Experience working in Agile BI environments
