Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Network Manager to lead the design, implementation, and management of network infrastructure across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.`
Key Responsibilities:
● Strong understanding of LAN/WAN architecture, routing/switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), Configuration of Cisco or Similar CLI based devices and network troubleshooting
● Implement and manage network segmentation, access control policies, and VPNs to ensure secure communications between hybrid environments.
● Configure and maintain enterprise-grade firewalls, including Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet FortiGate and GCP Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW).
● Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement proactive improvements.
● Lead the day-to-day operations of network services across all branch locations, ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Network assets inventory, deployment, installation & courier management like SD-WAN, Switches, Routers, Wi-Fi, Network Racks, Cabling along with co-ordination with various Admin, IT service support & Courier partners for Pan India branches.
● Maintain detailed network documentation, including diagrams, IP schema, and standard operating procedures.
● Participate in network security audits, vulnerability assessments, and incident response.
● Design, deploy, and manage robust network infrastructure across cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and on-premises data centers.
● Lead cloud network initiatives, including VPC/VNet design, interconnectivity, peering, and Direct Connect/ExpressRoute configurations.
● Collaborate with Infosec and DevOps teams to ensure secure, automated, and scalable network architecture. Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● 10+ Years of experience managing OEM (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Palo Alto, Fortinet) TAC
● Familiarity with network automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible, Terraform).
● Proficiency with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark, etc.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
